Are Returns Accepted? YES
Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable or non-refundable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original, salable condition.

Submitting a Return
To return products, you must call 1-888-435-7505, submit a return request through your orders page in your account, or email our Returns Department at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and corresponding shipping label before returning your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. 

Keep the Packaging
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Thus, we recommend that you return items in their entire original protective packaging. If you elect to use your own carrier, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refunds in 5-7 Days 
Refunds are processed within approximately 5-7 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Damaged Item? WE REPLACE IT
In the event that merchandise arrives damaged and provided that you submit adequate proof of damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by calling customer service at 1-888-435-7505 or by contacting us at [email protected], we will send a replacement at no additional charge. In cases where the original item is no longer available, a substitute item of equivalent or higher value will be provided. Please note that the Return & Refunds Policy, and Limited Warranty are not extended in these cases, and will apply from the original purchase date.
